We buy the way a cook would
Labashree started as a single counter in Mattancherry in 1984. We still buy pepper at the Idukki auction, still press coconut oil from sun-dried copra, and still refuse anything we would not cook with at home. If a batch is not good, we do not stock it that week.

Questions we get asked
Where do you deliver?
Same day across Kochi for orders before 2pm. Two to four days elsewhere in Kerala, three to six days across India.
Is the coconut oil really wood-pressed?
Yes. Sun-dried copra, chekku-pressed, filtered once. Nothing refined, bleached or deodorised.
How fresh are the chips?
Fried each morning and dispatched the same day. We do not hold fried stock overnight.
Can I return something?
Anything sealed, within seven days. Opened food cannot be taken back, but tell us if a batch was wrong and we will replace it.
